AURA

The technical layer under your processes

n8n or Make, CRM or ERP, AI agent or chatbot — and where your customer data physically ends up.

Sooner or later the conversation stops being about processes and turns into plumbing: which tool runs your scenarios, where the data lives, which system layer you add next. This section is written for that moment. It compares the parts by what they do to one ordinary chain — form, CRM, notification, report — rather than by feature list.

If you are choosing a platform, start with n8n against Make on that single scenario, including what happens when an operation limit runs out mid-month and who owns the scenario once it is live. If you are choosing a layer, the CRM-or-ERP article lays out the rungs in order, so you can see which one you are actually missing. The piece on AI agents and chatbots settles a question people usually argue about in the abstract: one answers from a script, the other acts in your CRM and your calendar — and its memory counts as personal data.

Two articles deal with obligations rather than convenience: where customer data physically ends up once a form hands it to a chain of servers, and what an invoicing system has to be able to do so that a correction passes KSeF. Reporting closes the section — how to build numbers the owner will actually open.
