The path from enquiry to deal
Where enquiries disappear, how one queue replaces five inboxes, and what happens after the first call.
An enquiry rarely dies at the moment of sale. It dies quietly, earlier — in an inbox nobody opens, in a Messenger thread the person on shift never saw, in a quote that took three days to reach a customer who had already booked someone else. This part of the blog follows that path from the first touch to the deal and marks the places where it breaks.
Begin with why people leave your website without getting in touch at all, then move to the queue: how phone, form, email and Messenger stop being five separate places and become one list with routing, a response deadline and an escalation rule. From there, follow-up — what should happen after the first conversation, and the stop rule that keeps a sequence from turning into nagging. Quoting comes last, because a quote is only fast when the data behind it already sits in one place instead of in email, a spreadsheet and a call to the warehouse.
You will also find an honest map of what a system can take over and what has to stay with a person. Read it if you want to know where responsibility really sits before you hand any step to software.

What we do
Let us look at your numbers
Tell us how enquiries are handled today — how many there are, who picks them up, where they get lost. Aura walks the process with you and shows what can be taken off a person, and what is better left alone.
Talk to AuraThe home page with Aura opens. Give a company name — she looks at it in public data and shows what a client sees. No promises of a result.
