Ślad ma zawsze te same cztery ogniwa:
Poniższe liczby są ilustracją samego mechanizmu, a nie rezultatem, który osiągnęliśmy u klienta. Pokazują, jak wyglądałby ślad w danych, gdyby taka sytuacja wydarzyła się w Waszym lokalu.
AURA nie przypisuje sobie wyniku bez śladu w danych.
Short video as an acquisition channel, not a trend: native creatives, hook tests and acquisition cost calculated the same as in any other advertising.
B2C brands, e-commerce, education and beauty.
Hard to reach younger customers. Material that works elsewhere — product photo and slogan — here looks like an ad and gets scrolled past before anyone can read it. B2C brands, e-commerce, education and beauty see their audience there, but have nothing to say to them because no one in the company makes videos.
We treat TikTok as an acquisition channel, not a place for one viral video. Creatives are native — they look like platform content, not a spot from another channel.
Four stages repeated cyclically — this is not a one-time work at launch:
Campaign launch with first creatives takes 6 hours – 2 days. That's our work time, not result time: after launch, the campaign goes through a learning phase on the platform side, and only after it can acquisition cost be compared week to week. We can't speed up this phase with faster implementation and we don't pretend otherwise.
Production rhythm is calculated separately. Short videos burn out faster than search ads, so new materials come out cyclically — frequency is agreed at launch: it's what, not account setup, that determines work in the following months.
Two things have to be kept apart, because they are confused most often. The media budget you pay directly to TikTok from your card and you see every złoty spent — it does not pass through us. Our work is something else: how many videos a month have to be shot and edited, how often creatives have to be replaced so they do not burn out, and how many campaigns run in parallel. Our fee does not grow because you raise the budget — otherwise it would pay us to advise spending more.
Cheap reach and a new acquisition channel — billed the same as the others, i.e. cost per inquiry, not number of views. Plus a stock of short materials that also work outside the campaign: on the site, in the offer and in other channels.
There is one number worth arguing about: cost per enquiry = (media budget + our fee) ÷ the number of enquiries from this channel. The media budget is the money paid directly to TikTok from your card. Our fee is the cost of our work on this channel — the part counted together with everything else AURA runs for you. The number of enquiries means messages, calls and completed forms that can be attributed to the campaign, not the sum of views and likes. The second formula is even shorter: break-even = cost per enquiry ÷ the share of enquiries that end in an order. Neither number can be given in advance, because both come only out of your data: out of the price of what you sell and out of how fast somebody picks up the phone.
Some businesses we talk out of starting, and we say so before signing rather than a quarter later. If you sell a service that one person in a large company decides on after a long procurement process, short video will mostly reach people who will never be your customer. If nobody in the company will step in front of a camera or show the work on film, production turns into buying stock footage — and on this platform that looks exactly like an advert and gets scrolled past. If you serve one street and already have orders booked two weeks out, a business profile and search are the cheaper move, not a new channel. And last: if nobody answers messages in the evening or at the weekend, the campaign will deliver enquiries precisely when there is nobody to take them.
Short video and search advertising solve two different problems, and confusing them is the most expensive budgeting mistake there is. In search you reach somebody who is already looking. Here you reach somebody who was not thinking about you, so the material has to give a reason to stop first.
This does not mean one channel replaces the other. It means we settle both by the same number — cost per enquiry — and only move budget once both have had time to show that number.
Our part starts with yours, and it is not about finished materials. It is about access, about agreeing what we show, and about somebody on your side answering what the campaign brings in.
What you do not need: a studio, a camera operator or equipment. Material shot on a phone is the rule here, not a concession — and that is exactly why filming fits inside the ordinary work on this channel instead of being a separate undertaking with its own production budget.
The most common mistake is one creative and patient waiting. A single film gets made, goes into the campaign, the result is weak and the conclusion is that the channel does not work. But you did not test the channel — you tested one idea for the first three seconds. The second version of the same mistake is porting a finished spot from another channel: material built for television or for a banner has a different pace, a different frame and a different opening, so it gets scrolled past before it says anything. The third is changing everything at once — new audience, new budget and new creative in one week, after which nobody can say what worked. So we test hooks on their own and leave the rest untouched for as long as we can.
Not by feel and not by view count. What worked is what can be shown in numbers that existed before the campaign too — only then is there something to compare against.
The last item is the hardest to attribute, and we say so plainly: part of the effect of short video does not return by the road it left. So we treat it as background and base budget decisions on the first three items on the list.
We do not run your profile as a medium: this is not a service of daily posting, community building or answering comments for you. We do not buy followers and we do not work on making a video «take off» — organic reach is sometimes a side effect of a good ad creative, but it is not part of the agreement, because it does not depend on us. We do not appear on camera instead of you and we do not hire actors for you — that is a cost on your side, if you decide to bear it at all. We do not take calls from people who wrote after watching the material. And we do not use this channel to fix the site the ad points at: if the site cannot take an enquiry, the campaign will only show faster what that costs.
The ad account is opened in your company name and on your card, and we get partner access to it. That means that on the day the work ends we take nothing away: the account stays with its full campaign history, the audiences built during the work stay, every piece of footage stays in its source files, and the knowledge of which hooks worked stays too — because it is written down in reports, not in somebody's head. The footage keeps working outside the campaign as well: on the site, in offers sent by email and in other channels, with no permission needed from us. We also take no percentage of the media budget, so we have no reason to push you towards spending more than the numbers justify.
If your problem sounds different, neighbouring areas of the same system stand right next to it — AURA connects them to each other rather than selling them separately:
Tell us how this process looks at your company today: how many enquiries come in, who answers them and where they get lost. We will tell you what can be taken off a person, what is not worth touching, and how this area fits into the rest of the system.

We do not take everyone: first we look at your processes, sales and current systems and tell you honestly whether it makes sense for us to come in. A few questions, about five minutes.
