Ślad ma zawsze te same cztery ogniwa:
Poniższe liczby są ilustracją samego mechanizmu, a nie rezultatem, który osiągnęliśmy u klienta. Pokazują, jak wyglądałby ślad w danych, gdyby taka sytuacja wydarzyła się w Waszym lokalu.
AURA nie przypisuje sobie wyniku bez śladu w danych.
You see where clients really come from and how much one inquiry costs. Report with conclusions, not a table of numbers.
Companies investing in marketing and making data-driven decisions.
The question "where did this client come from" usually ends with "probably from Facebook". Ads, SEO, business card and referrals get thrown into one bag, so you can't tell which channel is worth increasing and which to turn off. Standard tools show page views and time on site – numbers on which you can't make any money decisions.
We gather data in one place and translate it into four numbers that can be put next to revenue.
Basic package is enough for one location. Extended makes sense when there are several channels and they start overlapping.
Free preliminary audit is generated automatically and ready right away. Full measurement starts in 6 hours – 2 days. First meaningful report comes after a month, because there's nothing to compare to earlier. Real value appears in the third month when you can see a trend, not just one good week.
The Aura Business Audit is free — it is where everything starts and it commits you to nothing. Beyond that, the cost depends on how many sources have to be stitched into a single number: one venue with one channel is different work from several overlapping channels plus competitor monitoring. Setting up the measurement itself — GA4, conversions, goals, reports — is a one-off job; reading that data every month is already part of the ongoing work, because this is what AURA sees the other areas through.
End of arguments about whether ads pay off – there's a number. You see at what budget inquiry cost stops growing linearly, and you can stop paying for a channel that brings nothing. Report fits on one page and has four numbers: spent, inquiries, inquiry cost, revenue.
This is the number the whole service revolves around, and it is calculated like this: (ad budget in the channel + team hours spent on that channel x your hourly rate) / enquiries from that channel = cost per enquiry. Budget means money actually spent, not money planned. Team hours belong in the formula because without them a channel run by hand always looks cheaper than it is. Enquiries means submissions counted by source - and that is exactly why measurement has to be in place first, otherwise the denominator is a guess. Apply the same formula to each channel separately; the comparison between them is what carries meaning, not the figure on its own.
Two cases where we advise against starting with analytics. First: one channel and one figure. If every client comes by referral and you spend nothing on advertising, there is nothing to split apart - it is enough to ask people at booking where they heard of you and write the answer down. Second: no decision for the measurement to serve. Data has no value in itself; it gains value when it changes somebody's behaviour. If the budget is fixed for the year anyway and nobody is allowed to move it, the report will be read once and put aside. In both situations it is better to launch a second channel or give somebody the right to decide, and set up measurement when there is something to compare.
The difference is not in the number of charts but in the question you can answer. Three levels, in the order in which they make sense - and that order can only be skipped in appearance.
A board built on incorrectly counted conversions shows handsome charts of untrue numbers, and the decisions taken from it cost exactly as much as the budget that was moved.
Without these, measurement cannot be set up, so we raise them in the first conversation. We need admin access to the site or its panel, in order to install the measurement code. Access to the ad accounts if you already advertise, because spend has to meet result in one place. Access to the map listing if you want calls and driving directions shown next to everything else. Plus your definition of an enquiry: does a submitted form count, a call, a booking, or only a confirmed job. And one person who will read the report each month and has the authority to change something because of it.
You can check this in a few minutes and without taking our word for it. First: send your own enquiry through the form and see whether it appears in the report with the right source - if it landed as direct traffic, something is wrong. Second: compare the number of submissions in the report with the number of messages in the mailbox for the same week; a gap larger than single units is either a measurement fault or a form fault, and you need to know which. Third: a call from the button on the site must be counted separately from a number dialled by hand. Fourth: the enquiries summed across all channels cannot exceed the total number of enquiries - if they do, somebody is being counted twice.
The most common mistake is counting clicks instead of events that mean something. A default configuration will happily count a pageview, a scroll and time on page, because those are easy to gather - and a month later you have a report from which no decision about money follows. The second mistake: counting the same enquiry twice, once as a form submission and once as a view of the thank-you page. The figure grows, the mood grows with it, and the cost per enquiry comes out half of what it really is - and on that basis somebody increases the budget. So we agree the events with you at the start, name them in plain language and check for double counting before anyone sees the first chart.
It does not increase sales by existing. Measurement shows where the problem is, but the repair is separate work: the site, the advertising, the handling of enquiries, or the offer itself. It does not replace a decision - a report can show that one channel costs twice as much as another, and somebody still has to say whether we switch it off. It does not reconstruct the past: data from before the rollout will not appear retroactively, so the earlier measurement is in place, the more of it you will have in six months. And we promise no position in search results and no place in assistant answers - we measure what happens, we do not sell influence over other people's algorithms.
Every measurement account is created under your address and your organisation, and we give ourselves access as contractors. The difference is practical: when the engagement ends, you revoke our access with one click and the history stays with you in full. Raw data, event definitions and the board configuration are yours too - including a note on what exactly each event counts, so the next person does not have to guess it from the names. You receive reports in a form that can be passed on and read without us. If you have your own bookkeeper or another agency, you grant them access yourselves, without asking us.
If your problem sounds different, neighbouring areas of the same system stand right next to it — AURA connects them to each other rather than selling them separately:
Tell us how this process looks at your company today: how many enquiries come in, who answers them and where they get lost. We will tell you what can be taken off a person, what is not worth touching, and how this area fits into the rest of the system.
