Problem

Schedule is made on Friday for the next week, usually 'like last time'. Then it turns out that on Tuesday three people stood idle, and on Saturday two couldn't keep up. Labor cost is one of the biggest items in the establishment and the only one planned from memory. Also, the team changes faster than in other industries, and knowledge about how the establishment works leaves together with people.

Timeline

The module doesn't run separately — it activates with the AURA level. For comparison, two things are needed simultaneously: schedule in the system and traffic forecast. Missing one — no comparison, and it's better to say this right away than to show a chart with nothing underneath.

Cost

The bill is per venue, not per head: hiring another waiter does not raise it, because AURA is not a per-person licence. The team screen alone would have no price even in theory — without tasks, shifts and results from the other modules there is nothing to manage. The configuration follows how large the team is and how you divide the work today.
