Problem

There's already a lot of data in the company: sales, bookings, campaigns, reviews, forecast. What's missing is the last step — the phrase "in that case, do this". The dashboard shows ten graphs and leaves the person with the question of which one to start with. And the decision, when it finally happens, disappears in conversation: after three months no one remembers whether that promotion was turned on consciously or "somehow it worked out".

What we do

We gather signals in one place and bring them to a recommendation, and we record every decision made in the journal along with the reason.

• The decision stays with the human: the system proposes, the team accepts or rejects
• The journal keeps what usually gets lost: who, when, on what basis and what they expected

What's included

Four elements; the last one closes the loop and without it the rest is just a pretty dashboard:

• Sources: analytics, forecast, scenarios and external signals
• Recommendation with justification and indication of what it concerns
• Decision journal: what was decided, when and why
• Linking the decision with its consequence — the Result module takes it from there

Timeline

The module doesn't run separately — it activates together with the AURA level. Meaningful recommendations, however, require what they're supposed to be made from: connected data, forecast and signals. Until they exist, the engine has nothing to reason about — and we say this directly, instead of showing empty recommendations.

Cost

This is a layer that lives entirely off what the other modules see — handed over on its own it would be an engine without fuel. You pay for the system, not for its parts. The configuration, and therefore the cost, we settle after a conversation that shows which decisions you want to hand to the machine at all and which to keep for yourselves.

Decision Log and consequence tracking are part of the THINK level; at SEE level only basic recommendations remain. The boundary is stated directly: AURA recommends and explains, but execution remains with the team — up to the ACT level, where the system itself conducts agreed actions.

What you get

Instead of ten graphs — one phrase to start Monday with. And company memory: after half a year you can see what decisions you made, on what basis, and what came of them. It's the same knowledge that usually leaves with the person who held it in their head.
